Semi-automatic tube filling and sealing / crimping machine NEWECO NTTA-300 is used for filling with gels, creams or other products of:
- Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and laminated (incl. Polyfoil) tubes
The machine seals these tubes with hot air, stamps date and / or batch No. and cuts excess plastic on the tube – ending, which arises during the tube sealing. - Aluminum tubes. The machine crimps (closes) these tubes mechanically.

The operator loads empty tubes into the machine. Tubes are oriented either manually or automatically (option). Tube filling machine automatically fills, and seals, codes, and trims thermoplastic tubes or closes and codes aluminum tubes.

It can be used for regular production or for labs.
